THINGS TO NOTE:
The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at time of order.
If you are a new Afterpay customer the first payment will be made at the time of purchase, with payments over 6 weeks.
Existing Afterpay customers first payment will be made in 14 days, with payments over 8 weeks. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase.
*If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue an additional $7 will be charged one week later.
Why isn't my order processing?
The 2 main reasons your afterpay process may be failing are
Your total cart value is over $1000.00 AUD - Afterpay only support transactions of up to $1000.00
You must enter your address into our customer details section before progressing to payment type.
Please note that Afterpay have an automated spending system that considers a number of different factors how much a customer can spend. As an example, the longer you have been a customer with Afterpay and the more orders you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be able to spend more. Usually an order has to be under $500 on your first purchase.
After your purchase you will be sent an email from Afterpay showing your payment schedule. You will also be notified by Afterpay prior to each payment being due.
The transaction will appear as AFTERPAY PTY LTD MELBOURNE VIC.
